Internet? never heard of her. That’s why I’ve been under a rock for about three years now poking wool into funny shapes I think I’m starting to get pretty ok at it
I think it’s possible The Mighty Ones might be the weirdest kid’s cartoon in a while to still remain largely unknown to the internet
This cartoon is about weird little characters living in an unkempt yard and episodes range from just kinda confusing (where I’m just not certain what sort of joke they were going for) to really creative and funny in a Spongebob way, with surreal ideas that still make sense for its world. I mentioned this on twitter but the first few episodes of season 3 are about how a rich couple has killed everything with herbicide and replaced all the dirt and grass with astroturf, which leads the main characters to believe they’re trapped in some kind of purgatory. ( @headspace-hotel was just talking about what a problem this is in real life, too)

The one where they teach a colony of ants about the concept of individuality.
The one where they learn what a Naked Mole Rat is and become convinced that a Naked Mole Rat is coming to kill them all
The one where a nonsapient nonanthropomorphic crow is trying to eat the strawberry and the strawberry is not oblivious to any of this but still thinks this makes the crow her girlfriend.
The one where the pebble reveals she has a phobia of snakes and decides to move to the one place she feels is safest from snakes: the inside of a snake.
The one about an obscene garden gnome that we just never see from the front.
